About

HearingLife Edmonton North is a full-service hearing clinic offering free hearing tests, hearing aid fitting and adjustment, repairs, and access to government funding programs for seniors and older adults.

Senior Care Path Summary

HearingLife Edmonton North serves older adults and seniors who experience hearing loss and want to stay engaged at home and in their community. The clinic offers free, comprehensive hearing assessments for adults without any obligation to purchase hearing aids or services. A registered hearing aid practitioner works with each client to determine the best treatment options, using Real Ear Measurement to ensure proper fit and adjustment.

The Edmonton North location provides flexible support suited to seniors' needs and budgets. Hearing tests typically take 80 minutes and include a discussion of personal hearing concerns, medical history, lifestyle factors, a physical ear exam, and a comprehensive assessment with results review. Staff encourage seniors to bring a trusted companion to appointments for comfort and support.

All hearing aids purchased at HearingLife come with a 3-year full-service warranty, covering repairs and maintenance. The clinic also offers a 30-day risk-free trial so seniors can wear hearing aids in different real-world settings before making a final decision. Financing options are available, and the hearing care team can help clients access government subsidies, process third-party insurance claims, and explore all available benefits.

Additional services include tinnitus treatment, assistive listening devices, custom moulded earplugs, and ongoing hearing aid adjustment and repair. The clinic operates weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a friendly reception staff available to answer questions and schedule appointments.

I always hang out here to wait for my sister to get out of school, it’s great! The lady that works at the counter is the nicest person I’ve meet in a while and we talk a lot.
