Good product (Oticon Real 1) and a great team. Mandy's warm welcome and positive attitude creates an upbeat, friendly atmosphere when you walk through the door at the Wonderland and Southdale location. And I really appreciate Maddison - she has a calm, attentive way of listening during the testing and fitting (and adjusting!) process - clearly answering all your questions. - I love my hearing aids (honestly!).
