The doctors are great, but the staff are not professional and fall below standard. They don’t answer phone calls, and when I leave a voicemail, there’s no callback. If the doctor is busy, they should at least inform me that there will be a delay. I understand that schedules can change, but I expect to be given clear and accurate dates and times.

horrible receptionist! Zero courtesy for special needs kids. She kept ignoring that our kid is special needs and even after an hour didnt tell us the number of patients ahead of us and how long we needed to wait. She was quick to say that there will be a no show fee if I leave. Absolutely terrible experience. Pls avoid

Pathetic!, I wish I had read the reviews. Extremely unprofessional. Front desk receptionist is awful. Lack of manners and empathy for special need kid. I took my son at 1.20, our appointment was at 1.30, waited till 2.30, I told them that's it getting hard for my son to wait this much, Could you please assist us, she simply said you have to wait 2 hours. There was zero concern for my special need kid. I told he is not able to wait this much, had to leave. They said then pay 100$ fee. Like seriously, you call me two days before that there is cancelation spot available after waiting for more than 8 months, and we get this. I am not sure about the doctors working here. They need to make some serious administrations changes.
