Went in search of batteries. The women at the desk was rude and condescending. She waved her hands in dismissal because I was not an existing customer. But after that treatment I certainly won't be looked for my new hearing aids from this location.

I really wanted to be able to give a good review to Wes and Anna. When I first started going there, I found them to professional and somewhat knowledgeable Lately however, things have changed. They have become very stingy with the wax guards requiring too many trips in to ask for more. But this past week one of my aids was broken, one of the connectors came off. I was able to go in and leave my aid there to be repaired. Two days later I picked it up and wore it for the day. When I removed the aids at bedtime, the same hearing aid once again broke resulting in the end piece being stuck inside my ear proving rather difficult to remove. I went to another place in Clarkson this morning (Monday) and they said Wes had put in the wrong connector - a two pronged connector rather than three pronged. This mistake on Hearing Life’s part caused for a miserable weekend of poor hearing (daughters 25th anniversary party).

I took my senior disability dad here and YES $4000 Is a RIP off. I have never been in such a non professional environment As this....Mr. Wes your lacking respect compassion and professionalism amongst elders..and I am referring to my dad, you were verbally abusive to a man who walked through your doors needing a hearing aid and because of his disability you got frustrated. Your actions will not make me silent...
