My journey began when I wanted to elevate my hearing protection for my workplace environment. I work at an indoor gun range, so it’s incredibly loud, all the time. I found that disposable foam earplugs were not giving me enough hearing protection, while I ALSO wore over-ear headphones in addition. I researched custom casted in-ear plugs, and found this centre online. My first few calls I was helped by Nicole, she was very friendly and helped me learn about the options offered at this site, the process, and the pricing. I finally decided it was what I really need/want, since I am at the gun range fulltime for 40 hours a week; I should use the best tools to protect my hearing. I arranged an appointment for a hearing test, as well as the mold casting for my custom in-ear plugs. Shahid Rafiq was wonderful, very friendly and very professional. He helped me make the best decisions, showed me product sample/material, conducted the hearing test, and made the in-ear impressions. The process was fast and easy. After a few weeks, my plugs were ready for pickup and with lots of excitement I wore them the same day at work inside the shooting range, with over-ear headphones. I was veryyyy happy with the plugs! They provided so much more protection than the previous disposable foam plugs I was using — those are crap compared to this pair! I noticed a HUGE improvement in noise cancellation. I could barely hear myself. They were worth the money. In total, the pair cost me $210 ish, but they’ll last me years and I really needed them, they will get tons of usage every work week. The material is a soft silicone, very comfortable perfect fit. Thanks again!

Shahid the audiologist is very patient and takes time understanding the problem Got Hearing Aid recently from them and they are making sure that the adjustments are done properly even if it means many appointments. Also Shahid is very professional and no sales pressure to purchase from them.The receptionist Nicole is also very good at responding with messages. Would recommend them
