Superclean office. Nice receptionist. Zahra, the Audiologist was so great. Explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. My friend came with me from East Orleans was so impressed with Zahra, she's bringing her sister there. Recommend Hearing Life 💯 %.

I have visited three Audiologists over a period of 6 months. The last one, at HearingLife, 2430 Bank Street was by far the best one. As an inquisitive person with a Science Degree, I asked and received answers to the numerous questions that I had. The Audiologist, Zahra Hachem, a truly professional and very kind, patient and knowledgeable person performed a thorough test of my hearing. I noticed her diploma, in audiology. She received a Bachelor’s (4 yrs) & Master’s (2 yrs) degree from University of Ottawa. Her qualifications were impressive and without any hesitation I purchased an expensive pair of hearing aids made in Denmark. Today, I went back to see Zahra since she wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the hearing aids. Must admit that it was an excellent decision to go to HearingLife—if you go there, you will not be disappointed. Furthermore, there was one instrument used to calibrate the hearing aids (see photo) that was not available/used at the other two hearing aid centres.
