you may consider to look for the attitude of one of your employees at the receiption with the blonde hair. she looks like she turned into automated robotic voice for the possible clients of the clinic. instead wasting your money you can try AI system that could say the same words with same voice tone. (it maybe she getting close to her 60s tho.)

Review is directed towards the man who kicked me out of the external waiting area. I was in an outdoor line for Priya Medical, hadn't dressed appropriately for the -3 degrees FREEZING weather in April, and wanted to stand there for 20 minutes while the line moved forward. Then came this totally macho / I'm the boss type dude who said I couldn't stand there, it being private property and all. He was definitely within his rights but at the same time lacking any empathy whatsoever. So the 1 star is for the heartlessness shown by that guy - for kicking someone out of an external waiting area (not even inside the actual clinic) while the clinic was empty. I'm glad to have ruled out this place for hearing solutions in the future :)
