  I was sent here to see Dr. Bastianelli - no online reviews about him or his experience should have been my first red flag, arriving at the westgate shopping mall and seeing that his office was located in a decrepit strip mall was red flag #2 - the filthy office with dirt stains on the wall was the third. Im not a doctor but if I was I wouldve put a little more pride into my office. The actual visit itself was terrible and he clearly doesnt know what hes doing. I was told by my family doctor and the hospital itself that I have a deviated septum and will need surgery. I waited 6 months to get an appointment, and waited an hour past my appointment time just to sit in his chair for 5 minutes and have him go "I dont think you have a deviated septum, try this nasal spray that your family doctor gave to you 2 years ago and didnt work and come back in another 6 months if it doesnt work" What an absolute joke. I would highly recommend you stay far away from this place.

  I was sent here by referral to see Dr. Bastianelli about a hole in my nose being caused from covid swabbing. When he looked in my nose he said he couldn't see a hole however of course there is a hole, I had my fanily doctor confirm and I have photos of it from when I just had my surgery done to fix the hole 3 weeks ago. He told me I should go for bloodwork to prove to wsib it was In fact an injury and not autoimmune, so I went for my tests and it all came back negative. I had a follow up phone call with him which he told me he would send wsib the information he has on my case. However, this office never answers their phone, not even once so don't expect them to answer you, you'll have to wait for them to call you back after you leave voicemail. Wsib is still waiting for him to give the information he has for my claim but it's been months and he still hasn't done this simple task. When i phoned to have an ent remove my stitches which my surgeon suggested that he could do it and would be very easy, dr. Bastianelli's office said he doesnt so that nor have the tools...all you need is small scissors and tweezers, there is litterally a Shoppers Drug Mart in the mall he works in...Very frustrating, I feel like im being neglected by this doctor and what type of ent doesn't remove stitches from the nose.. I ended up just removing them myself. Thanks for nothing! Please stop ignoring me and fill out my wsib claim like you said you would on our phone call ...
