Character. Passion. Professionalism. Completely unmatched in the realm of ear care. Nothing exists but the best here, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Phone call, booking, visit, appointment, etc. were flawless. This standard of excellence can be taught in schools for years to come. Its rare to see someone offer such amazing services, such guiding and useful knowledge, and such pleasant experiences. Truly the pinnacle of business and customer service. I am honoured to have met such a man and am in awe of his greatness. Would 100% recommend, would 100% come back if needed.

Lyle is an excellent specialist who really cares about his work. After very positive referrals from 2 supervisors I worked with, I didn't expect my experience to exceed those referrals, however it did. Lyle has a very high level of technical expertise, he showed the utmost care, patience and attention for my elderly mom and went above and beyond. He stated to me he wants to build his business on integrity, fairness and good service and that is certainly what we experienced. I highly recommend Lyle !
