If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I called, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. Everyone was so friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable, and the level of patient-centered care was incredible. What stood out most was how what I was feeling heard and understood instead of dismissed. That kindness and reassurance meant more than I can say. The assessment and follow-up were both free, and I was only charged for the actual ear flushing procedure, which was such a pleasant surprise (as was what came out of my ear- and it was not wax!) This was honestly one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My dad (78) was recently recommended to go for a hearing test and we came across Kirkyz Acoustix. What a great experience. Dr Mike was incredible with him and took the time to explain everything so clearly, helping him better understand both his hearing and some of the factors that can contribute to hearing loss. You made what was a delicate subject feel very educational and insightful. We really appreciated the care, knowledge, and patience shown throughout the appointment. Thank you again.

I recently got a new pair of hearing aids from Kirkyz Acoustix, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jen, who did my hearing test, is the absolute best, incredibly sweet, patient, and so professional. She made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. And Morgan at the front desk is just as wonderful. She always greets me with such kindness and a warm, welcoming energy that instantly puts me at ease. I truly feel cared for every time I walk in. I’d recommend Kirkyz Acoustix to anyone. I also have to mention Luna, Jen’s little puppy who sometimes walks around during my appointments. She brings such a calm, happy energy — it’s impossible not to smile when she’s there. It just adds to how comfortable and welcoming the whole place feels.
