She is the best audiologist in town! I always have a wonderful experience working with Agnes and I would recommend her and this clinic to everyone. The service is top notch and she's really caring. I've changed so many clinics in my life and now I'm happy to have found the one I'm going to stay with for good.

After being referred to the hospital by my doctor for a sudden hearing problem following a severe flu, I went to Kowalski Hearing Solutions on the recommendation of the E.R. doctor who told me to try and book a hearing test to save time while waiting for an appointment with the specialist. I spoke to Agnes on the phone and explained the situation. Since sudden hearing issues can sometimes be serious and time sensitive, Agnes made room on her schedule to see me the same day. She spent over 2 hours with me conducting the hearing test to identify the problem, then explaining the results in detail and answering my questions. Great experience overall, I can't recommend her enough.
