We were lucky enough to have my child's hearing assessment with Alison. She's kind, patient and very gentle when explaining and talking to my son as he was quiet nervous. The assessment went smoothly, she shared the results clearly to me and offered insights to our next steps. Great visit and I highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Joel Brac for a general tinnitus assessment, as I’ve been dealing with it for the past two years. He was warm, thorough, and incredibly reassuring throughout the hour-long appointment. He took the time to assess both my hearing and the level of tinnitus, and explained everything clearly without rushing or brushing off my questions. We discussed a number of tinnitus management strategies, and I left the session feeling more understood and informed about my situation. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone struggling with tinnitus or hearing concerns—he’s very kind and professional.
