John at Pardon Me Hearing White Rock was very professional and caring when assisting my 94 year old Mother with her hearing test and set up of new hearing aids. The location is easy to access, with parking and no stairs. I highly recommend Pardon Me for all your hearing needs.

Had the best experience yesterday at Pardon Me Hearing. John was so professional but very caring. I was given a pair of almost new top of the line hearing aids. Other places wanted exorbitant prices to readjust for my needs. Pardon Me Hearing was so affordable and so willing to set them up for me. I also had a hearing test and John explained my hearing loss to me in detail that I understood. He also took time with me to understand how the hearing aids work and set up the app for me. I didn’t feel rushed, I was heard and it was an overall great experience. Thanks Dave!

Thank you so much to all the staff at White Rock Pardon me Hearing. Knowing your hearing is not what it used to be is challenging and the realization you likely need hearing aids, the same. They could not have been more helpful and professional to my wife. The five star reviews on Google helped with our decision, they are deservedly earned.
