I was so impressed with Adam and Serena! They were both so friendly and kind in such a professional way. I felt so welcomed. And my appointment with Adam was fantastic. He explained everything as he was dong it and I got a fantastic education to boot. I was also impressed with the fact with the hearing loss I have at the moment a hearin aid could help but not significantly at this time. I will go back in a year to have a follow up. Now, how many professional do not PUSH their products on you. Adam didn't and I was so grateful! I had a wonderful experience during my recent appointment with Adam and Serena. I truly appreciated how he explained everything as he went along, providing me with a great education on the process. I was also very impressed by his honesty regarding my hearing loss; he explained that while a hearing aid could help, it would not be a significant improvement at this time. It is rare to find a professional who does not push products on their clients, and I am so grateful for that integrity. I shall be back in a year for a follow up appointment. That very day I told three of my friends about the NEW hearing clinic on Thrift...

Adam is very competent and responsive. As a retired medical professional I recommend him especially now that he is independent and doesn’t push a particular hearing aid. It’s important to have after market care with these things and Adam is very helpful with periodic cleaning and tuning.
