I had requested an in home visit to fit my mother for hearing aids as she resides in a nursing home, is in a wheelchair and is blind. She has worn hearing aids however they were old and not working. I was informed there would be a charge for in home visit which I was aware but well-worth the cost and more. Candace came in and tested my mother, removed wax from her ears and made new ear moulds for my mother. She was kind, respectful and so very patient. My mother asked for pink hearing aids and Candace delivered with rose gold hearing aids. She contacted within 2 weeks and hearing aids were ready. She returned to the PCH to fit my mom’s hearing aids and going through the charging and cleaning process . I was extremely impressed with the service and was so pleased with Candace. It was an extremely positive experience

I had my ear exam done by Dr.RITA and the whole experience was amazing. She was patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly. The staff was friendly and the process was smooth from start to finish. I felt well taken care of and confident in the results. Highly recommended!
