The receptionist is very respectful on the phone, and in person she is welcoming and warm. Dr. Jehad was extremely professional, he never rushed and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He explained all the tests step by step, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Primary Hearing Clinic because you truly feel taken care of. It’s clear that the doctor genuinely wants the best for his patients.

Had a great experience at this hearing aid clinic. Jehad took amazing care of me and my family, he was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. What stood out the most was how fair and transparent the pricing was compared to other places we looked at. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people rather than just selling products. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied! Jay was genuinely concerned about providing me the right hearing aid that best suited my needs. The brands of hearing aids that they sell are rated top quality by consumers reports.
