i’ve been to this place twice now the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. I would like to shout out Deanne Smigel she is very kind generous and does great work. I’d send anybody there that needs to get hearing aids.

We feel very fortunate to have found this clinic for our son’s hearing test. He is a toddler and can have tantrums in stressful situations, but the staff — especially Candace — were absolutely wonderful. They are clearly very experienced with young children. We were unable to complete the test in Ottawa. After moving to Edmonton, we booked an appointment two months later in Edmonton and that’s how we found this clinic since we didn’t want to wait. They managed to complete the test successfully within an hour. We are very grateful for their patience and professionalism.

I cannot recommend Sound Wave Hearing Care enough, and I especially want to thank Dr. Anne for her incredible care, understanding, and expertise. My journey started with a WCB claim 5 years ago, and Dr. Anne has been my audiologist ever since. When you experience a drastic change in your hearing, it’s scary, frustrating, and isolating. From the very beginning, Dr. Anne advocated for me and made me feel truly heard (no pun intended). It’s incredibly comforting to know you have an expert on your side, and I am so grateful for her knowledge and unwavering support. I have come such a long way under her care. I’m now on my second set of hearing aids, and I’m amazed at how far the technology has come. Dr. Anne’s recommendation for my new devices has been life-changing, making it so much easier to navigate daily life. Anyone with hearing loss understands the strain it puts on your relationships and the mental energy it takes just to concentrate. These new aids have made a world of difference. I also want to give a special thank you to Diana at the front desk. She has always been wonderful, patiently answering my calls and making appointments. Her kindness and understanding, especially when I’ve had to cancel or rebook, has been so appreciated. If you are looking for a caring, comfortable, and truly professional place to take care of your hearing needs, this is absolutely the place to go.
