I have been feeling dizzy and hear a ring in my left ear , my doctor referred me to this place . They called me and said that they received the referral from my doctor and that I had to go for a hearing test , they never warned me that the test was private . I arrived there they asked me to fill out a form and there was absolutely nothing about payment , they did a simple hearing test , then they told me I had to pay $50 !!!!!! Wow I think they had to warn me , if I did not have any cash ? If I did not have my credit card with credit ? This is just not acceptable, just a complete scam . I feel completely blindsided. If I could I would give zero !!!!! Just to be clear , I am complaining about my choice of doing a private test or not . I was never told it was private , until I was leaving !!!!! This is insane .

From start to finish, I had such a good experience with Stanford Hearing centre. I booked an appointment yesterday morning for 4pm, needing a hearing test. The location is easy to find and upon stepping inside, it's very well decorated, the staff are friendly, and it's a very welcoming atmosphere. I had such a great experience with Colleen Phillips for my hearing test. She's very professional, friendly, easy to talk to, and knows what she is doing. The hearing test went by in a heartbeat and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend this hearing centre for all your hearing needs. You will not be disappointed and I would gladly come back here in the future to see Colleen again.

10+ stars! I highly recommend this family operated business for all of your hearing concerns. I have been seeing Stanford Hearing since 2018. I am in awe of Ronald's knowledge and commitment to ensuring people have accurate audiograms and the best hearing experience in their daily lives. Thank you Ronald, Marcia, Tirzah, Tristan and anyone I may not have mentioned. Each time I see Stanford Hearing, I am impressed with their excellent customer service and their caring hearts. Thank you, Stanford Hearing for helping me with my hearing journey. Forever appreciative - Sandy McDonald. Original Review I am so fortunate to have been referred to Stanford Hearing! I highly recommend them to be the Audiologists you turn to. Ron goes above and beyond and even drew me a chart so I could understand my Loudness Decibel level test and audiogram. He leaves you with all your questions answered. Excellent service and fantastic people who care! Thank you, Stanford Hearing Centre. As always, you are appreciated. Your support with the gift of hearing means more to me than you know.
