This was my first hearing test, and the clinic went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. The front desk staff was really friendly, and Hanna, the audiologist was a fantastic. She took her time to explain everything thoroughly and was patient and engaged with all of my questions. Thank you.

Wow, I left the clinic feeling so relieved and light. The front desk (I think were Jenna and Connie) were incredibly welcoming and nice so I instantly felt comfortable. They have a clean and pleasant waiting area. I came for an ear cleaning appointment and Hannah was lovely. Hannah made sure that I was comfortable the whole time and listened to my experience closely. She explained how everything works perfectly and made the whole experience easy. I will definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!

I was pleasantly greeted when I arrived at the Hearing Loss Clinic in University District. The front desk staff were really friendly and the level of service was outstanding. I met with Kendra, who did my hearing test. She was so sweet and friendly - I felt really at ease. She explained everything she was doing and took the time to go over my results to me. She addressed all of the concerns that I had as well. Brianna was also very sweet and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.
