It was my first time getting a hearing test, and I had a really great experience at this clinic. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The audiologist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each part of the exam. I never felt rushed, and they answered all my questions with patience. Overall, a very positive experience—I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing a hearing test.

Megan was absolutely phenomenal. My first visit at the clinic and she was so warm and welcoming. Took her time and validated my concerns while providing a thorough assessment and followed up with some really helpful suggestions going forward. 10/10 wonderful place with incredible staff

Incredible service and support. Deanna went above and beyond to get me the appointment I needed and was flexible and understanding to my circumstances. The audiologist was kind, compassionate, and very professional. Thank you kindly to all at the Chinook location.
