  I had an appointment at Treat Hearing on May 26th, 2026, and the experience was excellent. The facility is spotless, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. My appointment with Megan was informative, professional, and very effective in relieving my blocked ears. She explained every step with care and made the whole process comfortable. I highly recommend Treat Hearing to anyone needing hearing care.

  I want to start by saying Mackenzie and Zoe(y?) are both incredible people. I appreciate both of you very much! I had a huge blockage preventing me from hearing for a week before I reached out to Treat Hearing. I had tried elsewhere first and I was told that they weren't able to help me I went searching. I saw the high Google review score, read a few reviews and decided to reach out. I'm genuinely so glad that I came here. The shop itself was really cute and welcoming. When I first came in I was offered a drink. I actually felt really appreciated for choosing Treat Hearing. When it came to the ear cleaning, Zoe explained the procedure to me. She showed me the inside of my ears (yuck!) and proceeded to explain how she was going to remove the blockage and was extremely delicate. After the cleaning, Zoe tested my hearing! I was told my hearing was average, that's pretty cool lol. To conclude; I'd come here again for anything hearing related. I find that when I go to most places for anything medical that I'm just a number in a queue. I truly felt appreciated here, and I truly appreciate the team here for that. Thanks Mackenzie & Zoe!

  I had such an amazing experience at Treat Hearing and genuinely cannot recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Mackenzie was so helpful and managed to get me an appointment for the very next day when I was in a lot of pain, which I truly appreciated. They also always offered coffee, tea, and drinks, which made the environment feel so warm and caring. A huge thank you to my Megan, who went completely above and beyond for me. I came in because one of my ears was severely blocked with wax, causing significant pain and making it very difficult to hear. My ear canals are extremely small, and the wax was very stubborn and difficult to remove. Even though the initial appointment was only supposed to last 30 minutes, she spent about 90 minutes patiently working with me because she genuinely cared about her patients. She was incredibly gentle throughout the entire process and used multiple methods to help soften and remove the wax while making sure I was as comfortable as possible. When it still needed more work, she booked me a follow-up appointment at no extra charge. Not only is she exceptionally skilled and professional, but she is also such a sweet, funny, and comforting person who made a stressful and painful experience so much easier. You can truly tell she cares deeply about the people she helps. Thank you again to the entire team for such outstanding care. 5/5 experience without a doubt!
