  If your smart u would find help elsewhere. I was referred to the mental health on cook street. The ignorance of a counselor there pushed all my buttons within one minute. Started typing noted I asked what are u typing. He said he couldn't tell me and his notes he was typing I will never have access to. People like him push your buttons. I said we're done here. Told me to wait while he got a supervisor. Instead he should have said something like get some air. Come back if u want to talk. This is not the place to go to get real help. I looked up there is a class action law suit against victoria mental health in 2025. These are the people. Belittling clients ect. From my short encounter. This place should be closed down. They just spread false hope. They just want u to keep coming. This is how they survive. The girls at the desk are so nice. Google victoria mental health class action lawsuit. I need to find a professional that's not connected to this group. Thanks for reading. Hope u find help elsewhere. Don't let these people assess or make entries into your files. They can't be trusted and it won't be accurate. Spead love not hate.

  The receptionist is very rude and unwilling to help. Tried to abruptly end the phone call even though my concern was not addressed. Some of the public nurses here have no experience with children, are too young themselves to administer vaccines to babies/toddlers, are unempathetic, disinterested in providing care, and some don't even know how to interact with babies/toddlers and make them feel safe. Please bring in nurses who actually care and are compassionate; get rid of the ones that are here for just a pay cheque.

  I initially had a really wonderful experience at this clinic—the doctor I saw was very friendly and helpful. However, I have tried to contact them on the phone and their receptionist is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Completely bored and uninterested in providing any means of answering a question clearly, and clearly did not want to be communicating with the public. When I followed up with a potential solution (to my own question?) she audibly yawned before saying that that would work and hanging up.
