I am very satisfied to report that I had one of the best health care experiences of my life with Mae Hernandez of the Oak Bay location It is obvious that Mae has tremendous knowledge and experience in the field of Audiology by the way she can simply explain complex concepts and ideas Albert Einstein once said, "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." I learned an enormous amount during my hearing test including; the status of my own hearing, strategies to limit the impact of my current hearing loss, how and why my hearing is likely to change, what are the current hearing aid options available and what changes are coming to Audiology in the future While I currently do not require a hearing aid, I will be definitely returning to Mae in the future when my hearing changes I am completely comfortable in recommending Mae to anyone who may require Audiology services

The hearing exam I had this week at Connect Hearing-Oak Bay was without a doubt the most comprehensive I have ever experienced. The reception team puts one at ease and Margaret, the academically very ,very qualified audiologist guided me through a panel of tests that addressed every possible issue and condition. Her grace and humour kept what could have been an intimidating 45 minutes ease filled. Without question I now consider Margaret and her team my resource for the annual hearing check up I intend to have going forward.

I had an accident which caused temporary hearing loss. I tried to book wirh other places in town and none of them would accommodate a time sensitive situation. The call board at connect hearing worked together to book me in asap, and were very helpful. Margret in Oak Bay did my test and was very kind and helpful. I would reccomened Connect Hearing to anyone who needs a hearing test or has somwthing urgent in regards to loss of sudden loss of hearing. Thank you!
