A family member has been to this clinic, who is less than fluent when it comes to computers. Dr. Trapp is very knowledgeable and really makes her patients feel informed and at ease when discussing their hearing aids. The receptionist Jillian is always kind and welcoming. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs hearing aids!

Dr. Trapp is excellent, I am so happy to have found this place. I am new to BPPV and was unable to resolve it at home, and have had a lot of anxiety around vertigo episodes. Dr. Trapp is so thorough and knowledgeable, and she also made me feel so safe and supported during the process to correct my BPPV. Very thankful to be in good hands!
