My friend was obviously having challenges with hearing others, television etc. but resistant to getting his hearing tested. I met HearCANADA at a Wellness Expo and booked an appointment for myself and my friend. We went together and my friend did need hearing devices in BOTH his ears. Heidi at the Fort Street Victoria office was just so knowledgeable, kindly answered all our questions and even looked into getting coverage for the devices. I highly recommend HearCANADA!
