This is the best hearing aid clinic in Oak Bay! The receptionist is always warm and friendly and the Doctors on staff, helpful and knowledgeable and are clearly passionate about their work. Thank you for your kindness today in helping repair my mother’s hearing aids. Your clinic is wonderful!

I highly recommend Oak Bay/Broadmead Hearing Clinics. Since day one they have been unfailingly helpful, professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The hearing aids they recommended, which were not the most expensive option, have worked flawlessly – I feel so much more connected with the world than I was. When I recently experienced near total hearing loss in one ear, Dr. Wright immediately diagnosed the problem and identified the solution. Thanks to the medication she recommended, my hearing was back to normal in a few days. Without her help the loss might well have been permanent. I’d always assumed that hearing clinics were just in the business of selling hearing aids. I can now say without hesitation that Oak Bay/Broadmead Hearing Clinics are real healthcare professionals who find solutions to hearing challenges and support their clients in the long run. I could not recommend them more strongly!
