Waste of time. Came for CBT and TRT for my Tinnitus and all they did was offer a hearing aid like noise masker. Therir website is full of misinformation.

Receptionist is horrible, doesn’t know how to work their daily payment system. Came here to get my son’s hearing aids for the first time. Making me do all sorts of payment methods. When she could have just took my card details the entire time. I had to do 3 different transactions for no reason. Because she had no clue on what to do. Making me think we would have to leave my child’s hearing aids there. Because of her stupidity I had to rip them out and leave them the first time to go call my bank. Just for them to tell me there’s no issues with my card. A day that was supposed to be happy day and leave with ease. Absolutely embarrassing and took the day away.

Our experience was outstanding here. All of the staff was amazing with my family. They were wonderful with my daughter. They were very informative, caring and kind. yes The process takes a while but they were amazing here and it really warmed my heart and made our nervousness go down quite a bit.
