Manuel and his son delivered speedy, professional, courteous service within a mere half hour and the results were astounding! no more anxiety-triggering constant water pools on the floor, no more tiny jet of leaking water onto the marble each time I do my dishes... very happy with my brand-new, shiny faucet that finally does its job correctly and even the inexplicable weird taste in my water is gone. yes, I've been drinking poisoned water for two years... :'( these guys even got a good sense of humour :) would recommend them strongly and will definitely reach out again next time

I want to express my gratitude to Manuel for quickly identifying that the water supply line under the sink needed replacement. The old one had a small leak and actually had a plastic piece which broke apart just from being picked up once detached..this clearly showed it was time for a new one. Manuel replaced everything neatly and made sure it was done properly :-) The next day, I unfortunately had a dishwasher leak that ended up damaging the floors. We notified Manuel in case it was related, and he came by to verify. It turned out that the dishwasher’s water pump had also failed. Manuel was very kind and patient in explaining the situation to me and gave helpful guidance on what steps I should take next. I really appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help during a stressful situation. Thank you Manuel!
