We recently used Cameron at G.W Home Improvements for Aging in Place Renovations. We changed our bathtub to a step-in shower and placed grab bars within the home and entrances in and out of home - all to increase our safety. We are now in our 90th year and wishing to stay in our home as long as possible. Cameron visited our home to engage with us and assess our individual needs. His experience and knowledge evident as we shared our views. One very important detail was the bathtub enclosure had been tiled by Alan many decades ago and he was very reluctant to see this removed. Cameron took the concerns of his elderly client seriously and designed an impressive enclosure blending the old with the new, leaving untouched much of the original walls. Overall, our experience with this company was excellent. The professional, experienced respectful team completed work by time stated and very considerate at all times. We recently used Cameron Carr at G.W Home Improvements to complete safety "Aging in Place" renovations at my 91-year-old parents' home. In addition to adding safety handrails throughout their home, we did a tub-to-shower conversion. We are all delighted with the work. Aging in Place renovation is specialized and Cameron is one of the few licensed practitioners in the country to do it. He is competent, trustworthy and flexible. In addition, his crew were (and this is coming from my parents) pleasant and unobtrusive. They did a great job. My parents were extremely uneasy about the renovation (change can be hard for seniors) but Cameron's caring manner and patience put them at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company.

I can’t say enough good things about GW Home Improvements! What started out as just a small project quickly turned into something much bigger once I saw the quality of work Cameron and his team deliver. From the very beginning, Cameron took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely comfortable with the process. As the project moved along, I was so impressed with the professionalism, organization, and attention to detail that I decided to go ahead with my full wish list instead of just the few things I had planned. And I’m so glad I did—the results are even better than I imagined! Every detail was done with such care and precision, and you can tell the whole team takes great pride in their work. What really stood out to me was how easy and stress-free they made the whole experience. Communication was excellent, the timeline was clear, and they were always respectful of my home. It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers exceptional results but also makes the process enjoyable from start to finish.
