Having already received excellent design work for our rear deck, we again required their services (very short notice) for a few revisions on the plans. Julia again came to our rescue and had the drawings amended and sent off to planning in just a few hours. We can't thank the team at Manco enough! It can be a daunting task to select a contrator who has integrity, is reliable, competent and honest. In Manco you will find all of these qualities and more. From our first meeting to completion of our addition and renovation project, the Manco Team ensured superb communication, attention to detail and expert craftsmanship. This family business was on top of every aspect of our project and given their years of experience, they provided creative, cost effective solutions when issues arose and always sought our consent for decisions made as well as providing us information and recommendations to guide us in our decisions. Manco completed the project earlier than the projected timeframe, were onsite daily to oversee all the work and keep things moving and were within budget aside from any extras we requested. All of their sub contractor trades were very pleasant, highly skilled professionals who demonstrated care for the project. We would highly recommend Manco as a first rate company with a longstanding history in the Hamilton area.

Manco renovated our entire main floor including kitchen and bathroom and removing a supporting wall. We could not be happier with the results! One of, if not the best companies I've ever dealt with for communicating and responding to questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend them and use them for any future work we need done. Thanks for making the reno process as less stressful as possible!
