Grey Fox Renovations, founded in 2022, handles bathroom renovations and home improvement projects in Victoria, BC. The company operates under principles of honesty and integrity, with owner Luke managing most work personally and collaborating with skilled tradespeople for specialized tasks.
The business does not highlight specific aging-in-place expertise, accessibility certifications, or specialized training for seniors' home modifications on its website. However, it does offer renovation services that can support home accessibility needs, including bathroom renovations and general home improvement work.
For seniors considering this provider, it would be wise to discuss specific accessibility goals (such as grab bars, accessible bathrooms, or door widening) during the initial no-obligation quote. Clarifying whether the team has experience with accessibility standards and modifications for older adults would help determine fit for aging-in-place projects.

I recently had Luke do a small reno in my 1913 unit which I rent. Luke is amazing, his skill set and communication abilities are 5+. Kind and caring. Everyday Luke left, the job site was impeccably clean and organized. Luke performed a miracle within his given budget. I could not be more pleased..
