I recently had Luke do a small reno in my 1913 unit which I rent. Luke is amazing, his skill set and communication abilities are 5+. Kind and caring. Everyday Luke left, the job site was impeccably clean and organized. Luke performed a miracle within his given budget. I could not be more pleased..
