I've known Matt for years and have used him in the past for a few small projects. When it came time to organize the foundation and framing for my garden suite, using another contractor didn't even enter my mind. Matt is a clear communicator, a good listener, and very reliable with great attention to detail. The cost of his work was very close to his quote, and I could not be happier with the finished product. If you're reading this and considering hiring Kinnee Contracting, don't even waste your time calling anyone else. I absolutely recommend Matt and Kinnee Contracting. He does not disappoint!

We would recommend Matt and his team in a heartbeat. We engaged Kinnee Contraction on a fairly extensive renovation: down to the studs, new plumbing, wiring, furnace, gas, hot water heater, safe and sound insulation throughout and all of the finishing. Matt's relationships with top notch subcontractors resulted in the kitchen of our dreams, a fully renovated basement and a home we love. The details are too many to list, but I think our biggest takeaway was the level of trust we had in Kinnee to do the right thing and make the right decisions. They orchestrated the whole thing, fielded our many questions and always worked hard to alleviate all concerns - - all while maneuvering through COVID's issues of supply and demand and resourcing. Our home is exactly what we imagined when starting out with them. Matt and his team are talented people that you can trust.
