I had a great experience working with NRD Construction. The team was professional, reliable, and very detail-oriented. They delivered high-quality work on time and were easy to communicate with throughout the entire project. I truly appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend NRD to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled construction services.

Nick and his crew did an amazing job of installing a new kitchen in my apartment condo, along with replacing flooring, painting throughout, and some electrical and plumbing. He is an excellent general contractor and managed a smooth project. Very happy with the renovation. Highly recommended!

We are not happy with NRD Construction and would definitely not recommend them due to the following issues: - A very sloppy ceiling job - bump clearly visible and tried to convince us that that was very normal and up to industry standards. Offered to fix the bump at our expense which is totally unacceptable given that they didn't do a proper job in the first place. We suggested that they they include a discount in the final invoice due to the poor job but they firmly rejected it and insisted that we pay the invoice in full - A very sloppy bulkhead job - cracks, lines and deficiencies appeared a few days after the work was completed - Misleading rather than clear estimate - added way more to the final invoice than what was initially discussed and tried to convince us that that's how estimates work - Antagonistic and defensive attitude rather than supportive and accommodating - never backed down, never conceded that they did a bad job, threatened with lawyers - Poor communication regarding project timelines - project took much longer than originally promised. Also, they made it very difficult for us to plan our work schedules around this job because they were consistently contacting us last minute to let us know when they will be coming to work on the project on a particular day. Often we had to follow-up with them to know when they planned to arrive on a particular day instead of them giving us clear details as to their daily work plans We are very disappointed and would never hire NRD Construction again.
