Our care directory is free to your family

Finding and comparing care providers on Senior Care Path is always free for families. Care providers can pay for a listing or featured placement, but that never buys a better Confidence Score, and paying us never moves a provider up our merit-based order. A featured partner gets a clearly labelled spot above the list, and listings shown out of order for demand are labelled “Most requested”, so you can always tell them apart. You are never under any pressure to choose anyone.

What “Featured partner” and “Sponsored” mean

On some city pages (a care type, or an aging-in-place service, in one city), one provider can sponsor the featured spot at the top of the page. It is always labelled “Sponsored” and “Featured partner” so you can tell it apart from the rest. In the list below, that provider keeps its real place.

A sponsored spot is a paid placement. It does not raise that provider's Confidence Score, and we still show their real score right there on the card. The list below stays in our normal, merit-based order, so you always see an honest comparison.

What “Most requested” means

A few cards carry a “Most requested” marker. These are the communities families in that area search for by name the most, lifted to the top of the list so the places people are already asking about are easy to find while we reach out to them.

This is based on search demand, not payment. It does not change a provider's Confidence Score, which we still show right on the card, and every other listing below stays in our normal, merit-based order. It is a temporary marker, and we label it so you always know why a card is near the top.

Our financial section may earn a referral or affiliate fee

In our Paying for Senior Care section, some links and offers are partner or affiliate links. If you use one, or ask us to connect you with a financial partner, Senior Care Path may be paid a referral or affiliate fee by that company.

This never changes the price you pay, and it never costs you anything extra. We show government benefits and free options first, we label partner offers clearly, and we only present products we believe are genuinely relevant to families navigating senior care.
