Visited AdaptAbility about 6 months ago and Tara helped my mom pick out and order a super light walker. Today Manpreet helped me to perform some basic maintenance and get mom’s walker back in perfect order. Would recommend to family and friends.

I was really excited to visit this store, as I work in recreation therapy and was hoping to find tools, gadgets, and toys to use with my patients in the unit I work in. The store itself well organized and had an impressive variety of items for people of all ages and abilities. Unfortunately the customer service was disappointing. I was greeted with a quick “hello”when I walked in, but after that, the staff stayed behind the counter texting, chatting and giggling with each other while I browsed for about 20 minutes. Not once did anyone offer assistance or check in to see if I needed help. It’s unfortunate because I came ready to make several purchases for my workplace but the lack of engagement left a poor impression.
