My experience with Bath fitter’s was nothing but professional. From my consultant Steve Mancini who explained everything clearly and was easy to talk with. I was called and given dates that worked for me and my installer Glen MacDonal (a Cape Bretoner) arrived on time and finished the job in one day as advertised. This was a great experience and I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone. I love my new bathroom and want to thank you for being such a great company. You exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed with the excellent job that was done in my bathroom. Curtis first came and explained everything to me, took his time in showing me different samples, was very knowledgeable. Then Catherine and Melissa phoning me and keeping me up to date when the installer would arrive. Glen the installer did a wonderful job on installing new bathtub, walls and doors. He sure knew what he was doing. I'm sure he's a great asset to your company. Glen went over everything with me before even starting the job. So delighted with the job he did!

Today I finally had my tub redone with Bathfitter. I’ve thought about it for a long time. I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. It was easy to set up an appointment and it was super quick to have it done just a little over three hours and now I have a brand new tub. I had used a cleaner that ate away at the ceramic on the bottom of my tub. It ended up rusty and awful. I kept it covered with a rubber mat. No one has had a bath in a couple years only showers. Now with our beautiful tub I can’t wait to take my first soak in this tub. The installer Chris was fabulous. Cover the floors so he wouldn’t make a mess. He was thoughtful of my kitties. Was very polite and informative and cleaned up before he left. What a beautiful job definitely recommend it’s worth it.
