We recently hired them to replace our old bathtub with a walk-in shower to accommodate my limited mobility, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the administrative side, Louisa and Tracy were absolute gems. From our very first visit to the showroom, they were pleasant and welcoming, accommodating, and professional. Our quote was prepared in a way that outlined our requirements and procedures, start to finish, with no hidden costs. Allie, our design consultant, was phenomenal to work with. She was able to take a list of our requirements and model them into a beautiful, functional and modern design. The design of the new shower was crafted with safety and accessibility at the absolute forefront, making a massive difference in daily usability. Our installer, Dano, then brought that design to life with phenomenal craftsmanship. He was polite, respectful, precise and meticulous with every phase, from the initial demolition, to the final clean up. Beyond his incredible work, Dano was an absolute joy to have in our house. He was incredibly easy to talk to, completely open to discussing plans and options, and helpful in so many ways. Honestly, he was so wonderful we think we'd like to adopt him! Our 2 dogs waited for him to arrive every morning and he always got a royal greeting! From our very first inquiry, they responded right away, and the entire process was incredibly quick, efficient, and stress-free. Everything stayed perfectly on schedule, just as they promised it would. What really stood out to us was their extreme attention to detail and respect for our space. They took extra care to place protective mats down over all of our floors—even through our exceptionally long hallways—and they made sure to clean up the workspace completely at the end of every single day.
