WOW FACTOR! I got a tub-to-shower conversion done. I really must say, this has been a very nice experience for me. Right from working with Jason in sales, who was so good at getting back to me, when I would reach out. The next phase was meeting Mo. he also was great. Communication, listening, courteous and excellent work ethics. They cleaned up the area before going home. I can't say enough about these men. It turned out beautiful. Attention to every detail. Going the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this company for your next project.

We had a good experience with Bath Tune up. The initial contact with the salesperson was good, and detailed. There was certainty in all items and the contract specified all the details. Bath Tune up was clear on needing half the garage to work in and a place for the dumpster. The tiling was very well done. The two complaints I would have is that the workers cut the tile in the bedroom (as opposed to the garage) leaving a fine dust over everything in the room and Bath tune up used an app called Buildertrend for scheduling and this was not kept up to date.

A overall great experience working with Bath Tune-Up. Jason was an excellent at helping us with ideas and picking out our design and material choices we wanted. The team really helped us to create a plan and a design that we loved. The rest of the team; Moe and the construction team were very attentive, on time and communicated all the scheduling reliably.
