UPDATE TO MY REVIEW BELOW: Upon reading my review below, Gary reached out to my family and immediately addressed what we were promised and fixed our issue. We are very thankful to Gary for attending our residence and ensuring we received what we were promised and that we were happy! Given the response from Gary, I would now recommend Silver Cross to anyone looking to install equipment to assist a loved one. This has been a very stressful time and we very much appreciate all that Silver Cross has done for our family. INITIAL REVIEW: We contacted Silver Cross and were excited to work with them to have a stair lift installed for our dad. During the consult with the representative to obtain the quote, we had some concerns with the placement of the cord and we were assured that Silver Cross would properly secure the cord to the baseboard upon install. We are now being told that it is our responsibility to do this ourselves, which was disappointing given that the stair lift is installed and we now have to figure that out for ourselves. For those considering Silver Cross, I would recommend ensuring all is in writing to avoid any disappointment or extra work that may be required after install.
