On Friday I was informed that my mom was being discharged from Brampton civic hospital on Wednesday and that she will be needing a ramp. I contacted first choice access on Monday and explained my situation needing a ramp with handrails threw the garage into the house. They told me to send them pictures threw phone and then they gave me price for renting ramp. After excepting rental to my surprise they said they could install ramp on Wednesday wich I agreed to.(other companies took over a day just to contact me back) On Wednesday they arrived and in short time installed the ramp. Thanks once again

A wonderful and reliable company to work with. Leshan and Mona are awesome human beings. They accepted the project to build us a ramp for my husband who recently had a stroke. Despite the weather (cold/snow) in February 2026 and the complicated stairs we have, they made it work and it's up to code for a residential unit. This company is honest, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Leshan and Mona listen to their customer's needs and will make you feel at ease with all the concerns you may have. Outstanding company and exceptional people! Leshan and his wife, Mona, are genuine, kind-hearted souls who go above and beyond for their clients. They were empathetic, accommodating, and incredibly supportive during one of the most stressful and emotional times for my family. With only two days’ notice before my husband’s hospital discharge, they designed and installed a ramp and platform perfectly suited to our challenging home entrance. Even when the need for the ramp turned out to be short-lived due to my husband’s unexpectedly quick recovery, they showed compassion and understanding, offering help without hesitation and without even knowing our circumstances. Their kindness and integrity truly restored my faith in the kindness of people. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of accessibility solutions. They made a difficult time so much easier and I’m deeply grateful.
