From the initial design discussions to the final touches, every element was executed with precision and care, resulting in a stunning, functional space that exceeded all my expectations. His craftsmanship and attention to the smallest details made the entire transformation feel seamless and professional. What sets Aurelio apart is his hands-on approach—he personally oversees every aspect of the job, so I never once had to worry about whether things were being done correctly. He expertly sources and manages all suppliers, cabinet makers, and specialized tradespeople (including plumbing and electrical), consistently securing excellent quality at surprisingly competitive prices. His coordination kept the project on track and stress-free, turning what could have been a chaotic remodel into a smooth, enjoyable process. Most impressively, Aurelio discovered a significant hidden issue: a major condensation problem behind the wall caused by a loose shower vent in the attic. We used Forever Kitchens & Baths for our kitchen renovation and overall we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Franco was easy to reach most of the time and explained things clearly, which helped because we didn’t really know what to expect going into a reno. Like any renovation, there were a couple of delays and small hiccups along the way, but nothing major. When we had concerns, Franco did make sure they were addressed, even if it took a bit of back and forth. The crew worked hard and kept things moving.

My retaining wall fell and needed repair or replaced. Franco gave me a call and explained what happened and said he needed some pictures to give me a quote. The quote to replace the wall with a base and draining because the old one didn't have it. The quote was too much for me so Franco gave me a call and we came to an agreement that instead of stones he would use wood and I would get the materials. He sent me a new quote which was half the price which I could afford and work started the next week. He did a fantastic job any questions I had during the job he took the time to answer. In my book an A1 contractor.
