Excellent team to work with. High quality workmanship, professional, prompt, efficient, down to earth. So far two jobs: a full condo reno; and a post water leak restoration. Thank you team, it has been a real pleasure to work with you.

Due to a serious lack of communication, I am rating Handyman Connections Kelowna a 2/5. I reached out to HC for a plumber to remove a stuck tap. The initial fee, which I agreed to, was $260. When the job turned out to be an easy 10 minute fix, I agreed to have the plumber install the new shower tap. I assumed there would be an additional cost, but I had no idea the magnitude of the increase. It ended up taking him 3 hours (including a drive into town to pick up a renovation plate). The work the plumber did was acceptable, however he did not mention explicitly that he would be cutting into the tub surround, nor did he mention that the cost of the job would quadruple to almost $1,000. My initial conversation with the owner, Frank, was pleasant enough. He agreed to look into the situation. His follow-up call was extremely unpleasant. He was rude, he raised his voice, he talked non-stop and would not listen to what I was saying. The quality of the work was, at best, satisfactory, but the experience in dealing with HC was very unpleasant. I won’t be back.

Frank and his team at Handyman Connection Kelowna are the real deal. I had a wooden door that needed repair and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. Frank took his time - coming back to the property in steps to make sure each phase was done properly before moving on. No rushing, no cutting corners, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. The result? A door that looks completely brand new. What stood out most was the honesty and the care. You can tell these are genuinely good people who take pride in their work. In a world where it can be hard to find tradespeople you actually trust, Frank is a rare find. I'll be calling him for every future project without hesitation. Highly recommend
