Very good supply store, has a great selection of everything you need, even for just basic support and products at a reasonable price. Sandra is especially kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She has helped my Mom find perfect fit products a few times now and they are improving her mobility and providing proper support. We don't go anywhere else for these types of items.

I needed to get compression socks after a leg surgery but didn't have any idea what to get. Sandra was very helpful, measuring me and doing test fittings, as well as discussing options for different compression levels as my recovery progresses. We have also been able to get other post surgery recovery supplies I needed at Nightingale. Handy store and helpful staff!

Amazing...my review of Cooper Medical was removed. Really curious as I guess they don't want people to know they are liars. Don't trust them...they will not do anything to assist you. Been going there for years to get compressions stocking and was told lie after lie by Katie. What is regretable is that I had to chase after any kind of answer instead of your company being proactive...I have found someone who is willing to help me. I was not even given the option to pick up the authorization so I could deliver it. I was just ignored until I EMAILED Katie...so no I am not happy. what would have solved the whole thing is if someone had COMMUNICATED that there was an issue on your side and then I would have been given a choice on how to proceed, instead I was IGNORED. Lost a customer and yes, I did feel this was my best option to get anyone's attention as no one felt the need to reach out to me.
