Our first time getting compression socks yesterday and Chelsey's service was excellent. She was patient in answering questions for us, and she was patient when I took time to put on the socks. She was kind and professional in explaining everything we need to know, and she took measurements with accuracy and efficiency which allowed her to help us select the socks with the right size and the best color. I came here seeking help as I hurt my ankle at the gym. What I like about this place is that you don't have to peruse the shelves looking for what you want. Along the far wall of the store, you find the very attentive staff. You tell them what you are looking for and they find it for you. The best part: you get to try it on before you leave. They have ankle straps in a wide variety of prices. Chantal, who helped me, was the best. Kudos to this store.

I just moved my 91 year old mother in with me. My home is an older home so it posed some challenges for my mother. I went to Healthcare Solutions to find mobility devices for my home so that my mom can be more comfortable. Chantal assisted me. Her product knowledge was excellent and she spent time explaining to me my options. I did not fell rushed or pressured, and received excellent customer service in this store. I wished that I had made Healthcare Solutions my first stop when shopping for mobility devices because the selection of products is excellent, the prices are fair and I received warm, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. I found exactly what I needed with Chantal’s assistance. I will definitely be going back to this store!
