Terrible, I called to book a service call, they took my visa No. And charged me that same day even though the call wasn't scheduled for another week. I called to cancel after a couple of days and now they say it will be several days to credit my account. Raj S

HME recently helped us with a hospital bed for my wife at home when she was very ill. They were fast in their service and responsive to our needs. We appreciated the good service and would certainly recommend them.

Have no idea what is happening with this company. The moble tech Maddy is amazing, professional and really.knows his stuff. However, we have had NOTHING more than let downs and failures from Connor and everyone else who are supposed to be looking after accounts. To many stories and disappointments to mention on a google review. We currently have ongoing issues and have just learned that after months and mo ths of waiting for repairs and service they have dropped the ball again. This is unacceptable for a medical equipment company to pride themselves on such awful service. They didn't even apologize, only.making excuses for the short comings and blaming other instead of just taking accountability for drops the balls. Hopefully they will redeem themselves and turn this situation around.
