We recently had our main bathroom and ensuite bathroom renovated and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Warren Brady was extremely professional, polite, and respectful throughout the entire process. He always took the time to answer our questions and showed great attention to detail in every aspect of the job. The whole renovation went very smoothly, and the pricing was completely transparent, no hidden costs at all. Whenever we considered adding something extra, he clearly explained the cost upfront, which we really appreciated.We did have a few minor issues after the construction was completed, but nothing major. What really stood out was how quickly and professionally he responded, everything was addressed and fixed without any hassle. All of his subcontractors, including the electrician and plumber, were also professional and respectful. They treated our home with care and made sure nothing was damaged during the work. The quality of the work is outstanding, especially the tile work, it was done beautifully and really shows his craftsmanship. It’s not easy these days to find a contractor who genuinely cares about doing a great job and keeping customers happy, but he truly does. We highly recommend him 100% and would absolutely use his services again for any future home renovations.

We had an ensuite bathroom done by Warren and his crew. When he came and looked at our bathroom he said it would be 3 weeks from start to finish. I thought in my mind that it would probably take quite a bit longer. But to my surprise they were done within 3 weeks just like he said. There were no extra costs, everything was as quoted except for some of the extras we added on. But I was so happy because once they started the job they were here working every day and not skipping between jobs like some of our previous contractors have done. And everything they did was custom. We had the freedom to choose whatever products we wanted that were within the budget, and if we went over the budgeted amount then we just paid the extra. They were super clean from the demolition to the finish, and everything looks perfect, these guys are real skilled tradesmen and it shows in the work they do. I will definitely use them in the future if we have more projects to do.

I had them install a new tub and tub surround in early 2019. Soon after cracks appeared in the grout of the mosaic tile that was part of the tub surround. I contacted them in the fall of 2019 to have this repaired and the owner came to see it and committed to fit it. Of course the pandemic interrupted the repair possibility so i waited until they reopened again. Since mid 2021 I have contacted them numerous times via telephone and email and over the phone they indicated that this would be repaired but I have still never heard back from them as of July 2022. They may have been a good company before the pandemic but I would not recommend dealing with them now since there seems to be a total lack of customer service for warranty issues.
