Yuri and his wonderful team finished renovating 2 of my upstairs bathrooms. Oleg is so talented and an artist - we enjoyed seeing him everyday and appreciated his hard work. We have worked with Yuri years ago and when we moved to our new place, we knew he would be the only contractor we trusted. I am not impressed with this company at all. They do not send anyone out to provide a quote. They ask for photos and apparently provide a quote just by looking at them? I am completely uncomfortable with doing this and dealing with a renovation company in this way. I feel that all renovation jobs need more care and the ability to have someone present to fully explain the job requirements. You cannot see everything in photos (i.e. insulation issues). I am definitely looking for someone who will be hands-on and so should you! When I called to express my concerns with this method of providing a quote, they just argued with me; so beware. I will take a hard pass on this company and go with someone else.
