Beyond horrible. Regular breakdowns. They make every effort to do the absolute bare minimum and don't even know their own contractual obligations.

When it comes to commercial elevator maintenance in the Greater Toronto Area, March elevator stands head and shoulders above the rest. We’ve worked with several service providers over the years, and none have matched the reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism of this team. What sets them apart is their proactive approach to maintenance. They don’t just fix problems, they anticipate them. Regular inspections are thorough, documentation is detailed, and any recommendations are clearly explained with cost-effective solutions. Their technicians are punctual, uniformed, and extremely well-versed in both older systems and the latest tech. Communication is also a major win. Whether it’s scheduling, reporting, or after-hours support, their customer service is consistently responsive and transparent. You never feel like you’re chasing them down, they’re already ahead of it. If you’re managing a commercial property and need a dependable elevator maintenance company in the GTA, this is the one. They keep your elevators running smoothly, your tenants happy, and your liability low. Highly recommended.

Nice elevators. Too bad they take 20-30 mins to arrive sometimes and breakdown very frequently. Employees who come to fix it give attitude like it's not their fault. Oh did I mention these elevators are less than 1 year old? They have already broken down several times. Doors randomly opens and close. Floors are skipped. Light indicators outside are useless as they blink and turn off. And the list of problems go on. To think it took them over a year to install these elevators in our building and now we're stuck with them and all their problems. Garbage company and garbage elevators. Waste of condo fees. Wish we just kept the old elevators in the building
