Thank you to Joel, Sam and Andrew, the whole team was very knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making this a positive and comfortable experience for my father. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with such professionalism and kindness. It’s not often you come across this level of customer service these days. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Within a half hour of the occupational therapist leaving my house, Joel was over with a wheelchair to measure my father in law in. He also gave us quotes on a stair lift. The level of service is far beyond what I have come to expect in today’s world. Kudos to Joel. We will not go anywhere else for any of our needs going forward.

Was just in to get a new walker for my mother in law has hers needed repairs and she decided to buy a new one. The girls Jocelyne and Samanta were really patient and helpful with her. No rushing us gave her different options of sizes:). Will definitely go back fr future equipment if needed Privately owned also:) Thanks again girls
