Staff, knowledgeable, attentive , helpful (merit "5") BUT we selected a basic, common walker which needed a slightly higher seat than what was in stock, so they needed to get from warehouse in Quebec. Had to wait A MONTH for arrival. Sorry: choose what's there or shop elsewhere.
